Mr. Zhu Mianmao

Born in Hainan in 1968, he is a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hainan Vocational College of Politics and Law. Serves as professors, researchers and doctoral supervisors. After graduated from Peking University and completed his post-doctorate of law with Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, he served as visiting scholar at Copenhagen University, Denmark. He served as a part-time professor (researcher), senior lawyer, member of the "lecturer group" of Hainan provincial Party committee, and once served as the director of Hainan provincial government and Deputy Mayor of Dongfang Municipal Government. The main research fields are international financial law, international economic law, free trade zone (port) law, WTO law, e-commerce law, Biotechnology Law, Internet Security Law, international relations, public diplomacy, military strategy, etc. Involved in the state and Hainan Province associations of legal, economic and Trade Research. Won various outstanding youth awards of Hainan Province. Participated in the drafting of Guangdong e-commerce regulations, the first local e-commerce legislation of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress; presided over the National Social Science Fund Project "Research on legal supervision of Internet financial market access and risk", which was funded by China Postdoctoral fund; participated in the research on legal vocational skills and education methods and teaching materials construction "; presided over the philosophy and social science of Hainan Province The project of Hainan Provincial Department of education, China Vocational Education Society and China higher education society is one of the leaders of the drafting group entrusted by Hainan Provincial People's Congress to draft the law of Hainan free trade port of the people's Republic of China (scholar version); the chief editor of the contract law volume won the third prize of the sixth excellent achievement award of Social Science in Hainan Province. He has successively made more than 260 academic reports，has 2 monographs and 6 co-authored articles, participated in the compilation of international financial law, which is a textbook compiled by the Ministry of justice, and published more than 60 academic papers in the Journal of Renmin University of China, the Journal of law and other authoritative core journals.
