Mr. Liu Zhonghui
Mr Liu Zhonghui is Vice Chairman of China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Importers and Exporters (CCCMC). In August 1988, he joined Chinese Ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation. He served as Deputy Director of Personnel Department. From 1999 to 2001, He was First Secretary of the Mission of China to the European Union and the Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office of the Chinese Embassy in Belgium. He also served as Director of the Personnel Department of Ministry of Commerce.
