Dr. Cheng Han obtained his B. Sc. and M Sc. from Anhui Normal University and Zhejiang University in 1996 and 2000 respectively, and Ph. D. from Chinese Universtiy of Hong Kong in 2013. Currently he is a professor at Rubber Research Institute, CATAS, China. He joined CATAS since 2003 and currently work on rubber germplasms and molecular breeding. His research topics are the cold signaling in rubber tree, and the identification of the adaptive trait loci signatures. He also constructed a HeveaDB genome database and provide genetic and genomic resources for scientists in IRRDB members.
